What is a credit?

Credits measure the AI work in your app. Every build and every edit uses some: a small edit uses a little, a whole new app uses more. Preview time is separate and counts how long your app's live preview runs. Your balance is always shown in the top bar.

How many credits does an app use?

It depends on the app. As one example, a simple one-page tip calculator used about 188,000 credits to build. Bigger apps, with more pages, a database or sign-in, use more. Every new account starts with 300,000 free credits.

What happens when I run out?

Zone51 checks your balance before it starts any work. If there isn't enough, it tells you and nothing is charged. Your apps stay saved. Pick a plan or buy a credit pack to keep building.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Plans renew every month until you cancel. Cancel any time on the Billing page in one click, with no email or call needed. You keep the plan until the end of the month you paid for, and you're not charged again.

Do unused credits roll over?

Plan credits don't. Each paid month brings a fresh set, and whatever is left expires when that month ends. Credits from packs are different: they never expire, they stay if your plan ends, and they're used only after your plan credits.

Do I own my code?

Yes. The code built for you, your content and your data are yours. You can export your app's code from its workspace with the Export button.
