The deal, in plain words.

Effective September 30, 2026. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older and able to agree to a contract. One person per account. Keep your password to yourself, because you're responsible for what happens on your account.

What you get, and what you own

You describe an app and an AI model writes its code. You can preview it, change it, publish it and export it.
You own your apps. The code built for you, your content and your data are yours. You let us store, process and run them only as needed to provide the service to you.
AI makes mistakes. Generated apps are checked by automated tests, but that doesn't make them perfect. Review your app before you or your customers rely on it, especially anything involving money, health, safety or legal matters.

Your apps must follow the law

You're responsible for the apps you publish and how you use them. In particular, your app must not:

send marketing emails without an unsubscribe link, or marketing texts to people who didn't agree to receive them;
collect personal information without a privacy policy that truthfully says what you collect and who you share it with, including analytics and ad tools;
show fake reviews, testimonials, ratings or follower counts, or claim the app (or its AI) can do things it can't;
scan faces, fingerprints or other biometrics without clear written consent;
collect personal information from children under 13 without verified parental consent;
make a subscription easier to start than to cancel;
spread malware, phish, scam, harass, infringe someone else's rights, or break any other law.

We may take down an app, or close an account, that breaks these rules or puts other people at risk.

Credits, plans and cancelling

Building uses AI credits and preview time. Your balance is always shown in the top bar.
New accounts get free starter credits once, one set per person. We may withdraw them if accounts are created to farm them.
Plans renew every month until you cancel. Cancel any time on the Billing page, in one click. You keep the plan until the end of the month you paid for, and you're not charged again.
Credit packs are one-off purchases and never expire. Payments are processed by Stripe.
If a build fails because of our system, the credits it used are refunded automatically, up to a daily limit.

Automatic renewal

Plans are monthly subscriptions. When you subscribe, the plan's price is charged that day and then automatically every month until you cancel. The price and this renewal term are shown next to the subscribe button before you pay, and we email you a confirmation with the same terms after your plan starts. To cancel, open the Billing page and click "Cancel plan" — one click, no call or email needed. Cancelling stops the next renewal: you keep the plan until the end of the month you've paid for, and you're not charged again. You can undo it with "Keep my plan" until then.

Fair use

Don't try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service, get into other people's accounts or apps, or use it to build tools for abusing others.

Ending things

You can delete your account in Settings at any time. It removes your projects, published apps and data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms. We'll tell you why unless the law or safety stops us.

No guarantees, limited liability

The service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running and correct, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that generated apps will fit your particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and tell signed-in users before the change applies.
